Satoko Toma

Satoko is a Registered Nurse, and Board Certified Nurse Coach in California. From her 17 years of clinical experiences in nursing, including 3 years in Japan, she deeply acknowledges the importance of seeing the client as a whole for their total health- in body, mind, emotions, thoughts, consciousness, and spirit etc.

She values holistic approaches towards the client’s goal, and still applies those techniques in daily nursing practice. Her holistic training includes Guided imagery, meditation, Stress management, Mindfulness, Traditional Chinese medicine, Soutai-ho therapy, Reiki, Healing touch, and Channeling technique in Japan and the U.S. She deepened Holistic Nursing study at Excelsior College, Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy, Nihondo and Spiritual Coordinator Institute, Japan.

As residing and working in multi-cultural place, the San Francisco Bay area, she is fascinated to meet people from all over the world and enjoy the beauty of diversity.

Ever since she was a little girl, Satoko was watching her father managing his own trading company in Japan, and dreaming to work and assist leaders like him. Today, she is delighted meeting leaders in the world and grateful assisting their health, happiness and success.

Her passion is to encounter the client’s click or “A Ha” moment, which is a very important trigger to shift her/his awareness and energy level to bring new actions. By creating rapport and sacred environment, Satoko enjoys assisting clients to let go of unnecessary thoughts and emotions, and connect with their true self and needs.
