Thoughts and emotions are creative and beautiful components of human beings. A lot of time, negative feelings like anxiety, fear, and anger are self-defense systems from past experiences and the set pattern of thought process. Acknowledging the old patterns and updating thought processes are important in becoming a new you.

My role as a coach is listening to you at a deep level and helping you sort out your options, explore new possibilities, and look within yourself holistically at a mind/body/spirit level for answers. Your role as client is to be open to exploring the topics you decide to focus on, consider possible goals, and take healthy and positive action. It is also important to me that I listen to you and that you are getting your needs met. You are the expert on you. So please let me know how I can best assist you. In the Holistic Coaching session, “the unknown area” is where we hang out mostly. By using a wide variety of tools or approaches, what was unknown becomes known and valued. The result of focusing on “the unknown” is expanding “the known” and your potential ability. The process of exploring the unknown area is the self-awareness and personal development. After all, it will become your strength and value in life.
